Commish question. Ethical or not?

I'm currently entering the draft picks from my leagues live draft last night. While entering the picks for my own team, I noticed that my last pick, Alfred Blue, is not listed in ESPN's player list. Would it be ok for me to pick a different player, or should I wait until the waiver period is over to pick up someone else? A couple of teams picked after me so I don't know if it could upset the balance of the final round of my draft.

I tried calling the league members who selected after me, but all but one didn't return my call.

I should say that there is a player I would like to get in Blue's place, but being that it's a keeper league I don't want to piss people off when Josh Gordon shows up on my team before he hits waivers.
