I'm still not sure. On one side we've got,

It sounds like Papercutninja fears minor differences could pose a problem if the ATF ever subjects the applications to more scrutiny and also likes the idea of a LA lawyer on your side if there are problems. Part of my problem is the lack of a nearby lawyer to manage this. I talked to one local guy who's never done one but said he would charge $600-700 which seemed a little high to me. Is this something that could be handled for me by, for example, by someone in Shreveport, Monroe or BR? What's the going rate for a lawyer to set up a gun trust?
