I hope to do a brisket on it soon. Will definitely report. So far, I can't recommend this thing enough.

The owner has a YouTube channel where he has videos for cooking all sorts of meats if you want to check that out in the mean time.

Yea I'm gonna check his channel out when I get some good internet.

How much does it take to fill up the charcoal box? One site was saying something like 150 pieces? Is that right?
