After viewing that video, he has every right as governor to say that he wasn't going to turn over $7.5 to that scumbag. She stayed in office and he vetoed that appropriation.
That's not a "threat" -- that was a promise that he fulfilled. Of course, Democrats aren't familiar with fulfilling campaign promises.

The governor didn't de-fund the DA's office. He defunded the state-funded Public Integrity Unit which was already widely considered a joke.
Are you contending the governor doesn't have authority to veto funding for state-funded projects? Odd assertion.
