Curfew is from midnight to 5 am. 40 FBI agents are there.
The crowd got loud for a few seconds, but they STFU.
Now a preacher is talking. They really haven't said much other than that there will be a curfew starting tonight.
Now they're asking how they are going to enforce the curfew without tear gas, etc. bitching about being worried about security and not justice. Crowd is loud again.
They're determined to make this a shite show. They don't want police around but they don't want looters looting. The police are in a lose-lose situation at this point, IMO.

It appears the New Black Panthers are in control of traffic in Ferguson after dark. 
Trooper in control of security is thanking a hate group for directing traffic.
