Question to get you're opinion. Victim's body was released to the family yesterday. The family is upset and wants justice for the death of their son. The witness say he was running away when he was shot. Would the morgue not be able to tell if he was indeed shot in the back? and if so wouldn't you think this would be leaked to press to help justify the witness story? Just a thought, what do you think?

Homicide = autopsy was done. The medical examiner will prepare a report which would become a legal document so a leak would depend on the integrity of who has access to the report.

Yes the ballistics and autopsy should be able to corroborate one the two stories.

Because the alleged story for the officer is that he was charging at him when he was firing with the final round to the forehead is counter to the story that he was shot in the back etc it should pretty cut and dry quite honestly.

The one thing that raised an eyebrow for me was the families request to have an outside autopsy. This is complete speculation but if the official autopsy/ballistics corroborates the story of the witnesses and the narrative that been was prevalent during the first four days why the need for an outside autopsy?

I have a few questions of my own regarding Michael Brown. Let's start with:

1. Ferguson, MO, is two thirds African-American by population. How did it come to pass that the Police Chief is white and 54 out of 57 Ferguson police officers are white? Something shady is going on there.
