ooking to buy a new set in the next few months. I'm about a 12-14 handicap

Get the golf digest hotlist and browse for Game Improvement (GI) Irons, or Players Irons, and ask to be fitted with a local PGA pro.

That should keep you in range for most sets

I want 3-PW (no hybrid crap)

Hybrids can be awesome. To each his own but have you tried a 3H instead of a 3I? Flies higher and lands softer.

What should I look at? Hoping to find some demos to try out before I guy.

The fitting will let you pull any clubs you want.

Also, the new sets will start coming out around the end of the calendar year, so you should see some deals on last 2 seasons' models. Don't be afraid to get clubs that have been on the market for 2-3 years, they can be just as good (or better) for your game as 2014/2015 clubs.
