re: My neighbors vines are an eyesore and cost me money. Advice please.

When I purchased my house it was three years old and a landscape architect owned it. It takes a lot to take care of it. He planted vines that grow up a fence between a neighbors house and my driveway. It covers the entire fence, on both sides. My neighbor has never complained. I don't know what the vines are, but they flower these beautiful flowers three times a year.

Someday, the fence will have to come down and the vines with it.
