Is Bower next man up after Rasco and Hunter? With Neal pitching in on the interior, we don't have that many names left at DE. What about Maclin? Will he see the field? I'm assuming Patterson and Bower are the 2 deep but who comes next? Anyone know anything?

Bower will play and play well. I still think Neal will be all over the fricking field in many formations. Patterson might not be quite ready. Look out for Tiehuhama (sp?)

I have a feeling this will not happen. Neal is a DE all the way, at 6'2-255 he is not going to play DT.

I think we have more big, physical LBs, which will allow us to play 3 man DL packages. it would be prudent to have Feist, Beckwith, Louis in for series, in addition to the three starters, Welter, Debo, and Kwon. the starters and their backups will be interchangeable a lot, so I'm not saying any particular three starters will be set in stone. rather, we have some serious LB athletes who can rush the edges in support of a 3 man front, when we're matching up with spread and read-option packages.

I like Teuhema coming in on obvious passing situations. Kid is very quick and has a nose for the QB. When we go into some 3-4, they could bring him in as a rush LB.

I don't know much about Neal, but Herron is big enough and quick enough to play DE against more run oriented teams. I think he'll be moved around because he has the versatility to play that 3 and 5 technique.
