I'm not sure what's worse, that there is actually a business that rents rims, or that there are customers stupid enough rent rims.

In law school, I worked for a firm that did a lot of collections. People would rent a $300 TV from those rent-a-center type places for $60 A WEEK, for months on end.
They ain't po cause they're rocket surgeons.
