shite, I wish I would have repeated kindergarten. I was one of the younger kids in my grade, I didn't turn 18 until 2 months after graduation. My kindergarten teacher recommended to my parents that I be held back based on maturity. I guess my mother thought that being held back in k-5 suggested something about intelligence and sent me on because I was a bright kid. I think that the extra year and confidence I would have gained from being a year older would have done wonders for me academically in the long run. I always had trouble in high school prioritizing schoolwork until I got older.
