They will run on it but they damn sure don't like it. If you let this fuel sit for any amount of time, budget in an injector clean/carb rebuild. When I was in the business, Polaris and Mercury were actually voiding factory warranties (read the fine print) on people that used ethanol based fuels because ethanol promotes the growth of tiny organisms that wreck havoc on fuel systems that weren't designed to burn that crap.

A topic for another day, but ethanol is one of the largest lies ever perpetrated on the American people.
