Only reason I knew about the breed was from personal experiences with them in high country CO. I had no clue how dangerous they were before. At first glance they look very docile. My perception changed when I had one try to bit the tire off my Jeep. They can grow to the size of a St. Bernard with the attitude of a pit.
Not a breed you want around young children.
