I would say either the NOLA Westbank or the River Parishes.
Westbank: Karr, Landy, Walker, Ehret, Cox, Shaw, West Jeff, and Higgins
River Parishes: Destrehan, Hahnville, East & West St John, St James, Lutcher, Riverside, SCC
