I can imagine that he definition of first responders will be expanded to cover all sorts of government employees. How long before teachers are declared first responders in the case of violence on campus?
Doesn't the right to bear arms imply a right to do what is necessary to defeat armor? This is an attempt to circumvent the 2nd Amendment.

I wonder win the whole fabric of our society will just collapse? Will it be another civil war but this time the government vs it's people?
