Saw it mentioned in the Hook thread and I happened to put it on my watchlist yesterday. Is it good?

There's a reason it bombed at the Box Office. It was really terrible. That said, I'd probably watch it again.

A few cast members:

Dan Aykroyd
Ned Beatty
John Belushi
Christopher Lee
Tim Matheson
Robert Stack
Treat Williams
John Candy
Slim Pickens
Michael McKean

It's most definitely worth a watch

I love this movie. Surprised to hear it didn't do well at the box office.

I always thought it was okay, but it had added appeal, being an R rated movie I was able to sneak in and see when it came out.

It seems like it could have been a huge blockbuster like Animal House or Stripes. It just lacked something. I don't really know what, just something. To me, it's like Animal House meets A Christmas Story meets American Graffiti but they just couldn't make it work.

Worth watching just for the Slim Pickens scenes.

Hey, boy. Watch that knife.

I enjoyed it, if you like the 40's or WW II era it makes it more fun. Loved Wild Bill's P40 & the M3 Tank.
