I stated a fact, not an opinion. She does not have the attractive factor working for her anymore. And quite frankly, considering the filth I hear out of Democratic posters on this board regarding any conservative woman, I felt my comment was more than appropriate and benign with not a trace of sexism.

I should have explained that comment Wolfhound, didn't mean to say you were being that, just pointing out that general comments about a female candidate's looks can feed that meme. And lord knows what I read on this board by Ds, Rs, Libertarians, et al, just floor me with what they say.

I don't see women (at this point in time) as fanatical about geting a woman into the White House. They are more practical in their concerns than that.

I agree not now, except for the 50+ women, they are very very much into a Clinton run. Once the campaign starts I think you'll see it more. As to connecting with voters, yep she needs to work on that, although it'll be interesting to see what the voters do after having 2 personable guys that were terrible presidents. And I think she knows how ugly it will get. Like I said, it will be interesting to see if she runs. The Charlie Rose interview with her really focused on her decision process and reasons why she would not run.

Agreed.

Best wishes to her. I hold no ill will. I just see how vicious politics are nowadays and I see it getting even uglier should she run.
