I have the time limits as follows:

Nomination Time Limit: 15 seconds (time each team has to nominate a player when it is their turn)

Bid Time Limit: 10 seconds
(Length of time a player is available after being nominated, keep in mind this is extended by 10 seconds after each bid by the...

Bid Reset: 10 seconds (length of time the Bid Time is extended after a high bid, essentially, there is 10 seconds after a high bid is made that everyone has to beat that bid. If the current high bid is beat, that 10 seconds is extended again.)

I'd highly recommend everyone go to ESPN.com and do a mock auction. It can be a lengthy process.

I'll set it to fractional point scoring, that should eliminate ties.
