I don't think that will work, because someone would scoop the idea. And prior to the kickstarter I would have to find a team that was fully on board, and the kickstarter would be to basically get their assurance they would help me.

But I could only lead them if I could fully realize what the game was and the finished product would look like.

This is all with using familiar characters and backgrounds and sprites that would be against the law...unless I could have that as a mod, which would actually be the real look of the game as I pitch it to Nintendo once it is functioning properly.
