Non-responsive.
You'll be better off just admitting that you have an affinity for one side over the other than trying to readjust your argument for each side.

I've never wavered. Perhaps you should consider readjusting your argument. I have never seen so many down votes given to any other person on this site. Congrats on that fete!

Well we know your name and we doubt very seriously you had a gentle soul. RIH

Watching CNN's broadcast earlier was literally making me sick.
Somehow in today's world "spreading the word of Jesus everywhere you go" equates with robbing and disrespecting others in their place of business

I'm asking why he's a hero if the facts haven't come out. Surely, they aren't just indifferent to Mr Wilson or they wouldn't have raised 300,000 for him all while shouting "I am Darren Wilson!" It sounds to me like they aren't reacting and pleading for fairness but they have decided that he is an innocent victim in this. He's no victim. He either was simply doing his job or committed murder. Who knows? However, neither means he deserves 300,000.
Those protesters aren't a good representation of white America IMO. The 300k is a legit number? Is masking because I don't know. Is it for him or his legal defense?
Personally I think it's stupid for people to protest w/o all the facts. Also dumb to raise money for his defense when he hasn't been indicted. I am speculating but if he is indicted wouldn't his defense be financed by police unions? Once again I don't know just asking.

Many of the donations simply say to do as he sees fit with it. Other have helpful suggestions.

But as Americans, we can't forget the historical pain that they have ndured and the historical mishaps that trickle into our law enforcement, economics, healthcare, etc. it doesn't mean that we need to give people reparations or live entirely in the past. But we must be empathic.
Why can't we compromise and dwell on the positives in the last50 years rather than the negatives of how it used to be? I grew up playing sports with black team mates and we never had issues. We were a team and didn't even look at color. The only problem 2 of my teammates had was when we played the all black team in our league. It's as if they were mad that they were selling out and playing with the white kids...I felt bad for them and could see it bothered them.

That is just stupid to me but I guess people can do whatever they want with their own money...if evidence does prove he used excessive force or murdered him then it will be funny when those people feel like complete dumbasses.

What financial loss has Mr Wilson incurred? He's about to be 400,000 richer. He's a hero of these protesters who are declaring that "I am Darren Wilson!" His life will be greatly improved. He's going to see more money than he likely ever would have. What did he do to deserve this windfall of riches? Shot someone a minimum of six times.

Offhand, he's had to get an alternate residence in the short-term and will need to get a new residence for the long-term as well. Additionally, he and his girlfriend will need new careers.

You talking about up to this minute? Can you project what costs he will incur? 1/2 million doesn't go very far when you can't work, have to live out of a suitcase, and have potentially insurmountable legal expenses. Consider that no one has even mentioned a potential civil suit. No, his life is not improved. He is not likely to be very rich when this is all over for him.

What does the number of shots have to do with this? You sensationalizing this like your buddies in the press?
How about this view, a cop is just on everyday patrol. A couple of neighborhood thugs are walking down the middle of a street just to prove how bad they are. The popo asks them to move and begins to continue his neighborhood watch patrol. A call comes over his radio, a couple of thugs jacked some stuff from a local store, One of them accosted the store owner. He is described as being big and belligerent. The popo noticed the description matches the2 thugs he is just passing. He stops and attempts to exit his vehicle to check them out. Big belligerent boy recognizes what is going down so he slams the popo car door ... with popo's head in the way. The cop goes for gun. There is a struggle, The gun goes off missing both men. Big belligerent moves away from the cop. Cop has gun out and instructs them to freeze. Big belligerent turns around and charges the cop. The cop shoots suspect until he is on the ground. The popo almost missed the suspect 4 times hitting nothing of consequence. Only 2 shots actually stopped the threat HOWEVER in the few minutes it took for all this to play out the cop's life is forever changed. Instead of just finishing his patrol in the town he loves and swore to protect he was forced to take a life. He and everyone close to him has to go into hiding. He can't sleep, eat, or even just go to the store. All of his rights, freedom, and future are wiped out by THE BAD DECISIONS AN 18 YEAR OLD MAN MADE.
Yep, it's amazing how many lives on both sides were effected. The effects on the town, the nation, ... all because of decisions made in a very short time span.

Audio was supposedly captured on a man's video chat with a "friend".
Cliffs:
Man talking "you're so pretty, you're so fine"
Gunshots can be heard in the background (pow...pow...pow pow pow pow)

Have had a feeling that all the stuff that happened earlier paints a broader picture of what was going on that day, but the question of justified vs. unjustified is all going to come down to a he said/she said as to whether or not MB was charging the cop at the times of the final shots. This audio convinces me more of that.
Whether there was a fight earlier on, whether there was a robbery earlier, it's all going to come down to, were those final shots immediately necessary to effect the arrest or not. In other words, had he given himself up to arrest whether his hands were up or not, or was he charging the cop.
