Every one just gives the basic generic info and then wants you to pay a fee to get detailed info. We know it belongs to an AT&T cell phone, just wondering who it's registered too. Getting some weird hang up calls to our home phone and when we *69 it hits a cell phone and the people answering are abrupt and just strange.
