I like Dan but I still don't get the joke here.
I understand he gets publicity out of this. But the act of claiming to not care, and then doing stuff like putting up billboards and trying to buy newspaper ads makes it seem like the opposite.

This guy is a tool. He was butthurt for five years when Saban left the Dolphins because it made him look like an idiot after he spouted for weeks the there was no way in hell that a coach would leave the mighty NFL for a lowly redneck school.
