It would have to mutate to a strain that is spread through the air.
As of now, in a country like the US, we are not that much in danger of it spreading rapidly. It can only be spread through touching infected bodily fluids.

This is what i've seen. Especially with the CDC being as serious as they are, im sure it would be tough for something like ebola to go crazy. But like someone said, if it somehow became airborne, that would be cause for concern.
NOthing right now though.
