We would use my breathalyzer as a gauge since mine was voluntarily put it in before court and .22 is nothing

Not really, some feel like they have to be relaxed or if they're going down, may as well be fricked up.
I wouldn't recommend it though.
Worst off I've ever been was in the quarter at 22 years old, downed half a bottle of everclear just to start the night off.

wut? If I ever had to go to court I would go there stoned, just like I am when I am anywhere else I don't want to be.
