More than that has already been spent for the purpose, and the researchers have not been able to demonstrate that homosexuality is exclusively a matter of choice. I don't have any doubt that it is a choice for some, for example prisoners segregated from the opposite sex, but I'm even more certain that others respond to homosexual stimulation involuntarily.
