Microsoft's OneDrive seems like the best deal going these days (excluding promotional credits like getting 50GB free with Dropbox with a Samsung phone purchase).
You get 15GB free. You can get an additional 100GB for $1.99/month I think.
I just bought a year subscription to Microsoft Office 365 on ebay for like $70. It comes with 5 "licenses" to share. Each user gets a full terabyte of cloud storage. 1TB for me, my wife, our "house," and then 1TB for my parents and my sister.
On a per user basis, that's $1.45/month for over 1TB of cloud storage each. Just an FYI for anyone interested. Oh, and it comes with the latest and greatest versions of Office products.
