Once an easement is in place, the landowner has control of the land as long as it is consistent with the terms of the easement.

My reference was to "they" as in the government has no control over private land. And there is no requirement for a private landowner to sign an easement.

I love how DU always gets brought into these discussions... and how they are never in the interest of hunters...
