Steve Smith had 4 straight 1000 yard receiving years between 2005-2008
he then decreased to 554 yards in 2010 at the age of 31, when everyone started saying he was now too old to be elite
then Cam arrived and 89 had two additional 1000 yard seasons, and in 2011 was considered one of the best WRs in the game yet again
but keep thinking Smith was still seen as a superstar in the two years prior to Cam arriving
