I had heard that they won't close up the north side because it won't allow enough sunlight for the grass field. Not sure how true that is though.

No worries. I heard that LSU is already in talks to hire the sunshine pumpers from the rant to ensure the field gets the proper amount of light.

They'd go with artificial turf if that was the case. NOTHING will stand in the way of TAF raping more suite revenue. Before too long, the students will be in the upper deck and they'll put the band on top of the lego blocks. Because money.

This makes no sense because in the late summer and fall the sun stays lower in the southern sky. This was talked about when they were planning on expanding the south. The south will block the sun later in the year. You're mixing things up.

The north being expanded will have no impact on the amount of sunlight that reaches the field.
