Just a heads up in case anyone was waiting for it to come out. I loved season 1 w/ David Chang. I'm 5 episodes into 2 and it's just as interesting, entertaining and educational. This one follows chef Sean Brock of Husk fame. Episode 4 focuses on Louisiana with a segment on Donald Link and one on Middendorf's. Great half hour of TV.

Thanks, my man. I liked Sean Brock in the first season. Glad he got his own season.

Just about finished up with this season. Been very good so far. Just have the last two left. I didn't know it was going to be split up between Brock and Bloomfield. At first I wasn't too cool with Bloomfield, but she really grew on me. I think it was going from a good ol' boy to a Brit lady that threw me off.
What I like most about this shoe is they give you just enough information to make you want to research it more. They tell you ingredients, but don't really get into the ingredients, which forces you to go down the rabbit hole on some of these things, and I like that.
