This is like asking for an OT rating in a WYHI thread. Matter of personal taste/preference.
I boiled my truck choice down to the F-150 vs Tundra. Got a better deal on the Tundra and have been extremely pleased in the almost 5 years I've owned it. Been pretty hard on it and it has held up well.

I have a 2012 Sierra SLT and it's been great. Have owned Ford and Toyota trucks before. They're all good, and they all have issues. No major problems in the GMC so far. My advice is drive them all and find the dealer that gives you the best deal. They're all making quality pickups these days

All I can tell you is we took my F-150 super crew from Houston to Charleston and back (2500 miles) and there is not an SUV or truck on the road that rides any better. At this point I couldn't convince myself to trust any GM product.
