What's the beef? Our two greatest geopolitical rivals are structurally--even inherently--inferior to us. I agree. Russia is literally a dying society, though they have substantial energy resources. China's system and program are unsustainable, and they really don't produce anything of value--unless we're counting shitty goods that can be made in Brazil or India in the next decade or so.

Energy resources and tech. Let me preempt you by ensuring that China doesn't produce tech. They reproduce copies that better industries develop.
