Thinking about trying it but would love to get some feedback from anyone who has done it.
How much do they charge? How big is shuttle bus? Where do they drop you off? Is the wait after the game a pain in the arse?
TIA....

Not long since everyone leaves at halftime anyway

I've been taking the bus from downtown for several years and find it the most stress free way to go. It drops off at the corner of Nicholson and Skip Bertman Drive starting about 4 hours before game time. It picks up, after the game just east of the vet school on Skip Bertman. I never leave a game early so my wait time has been as much as 20 minutes to board. I hope that this has been of use to you.

Me and my girl did it a few times. The only problem we had was 2012 Alabama game, but it wasn't the fault of the shuttle. Traffic on river road was terrible and people were getting out and walking faster than we were driving.

Wasn't the Alabama game the one LSU was doing the "traffic study?"

Been riding the bus to games for awhile now. Tried from L'Auberge, but from downtown is better as there are way more buses going downtown that to L'Auberge.
For a big game when most stay to the end, we have waited as long as 30 minutes to board postgame. Most games we wait 5-10 minutes.

Can you bring coolers/beverages onto the bus?

I've seen people with drinks but never a cooler. You could check the CATS website under Touchdown Express.

That's to dangerous for me I would never get off the blackjack table in time to get on the bus.

i did it twice last year. i really like it. they drop you off at nicholson and skip bertman. you get picked up across skip bertman from the vet school. it seemed to me that the wait for the lauberge buses was much shorter than the wait for the downtown buses. We never had to wait more than 20 minutes.
i think it is $10 for a round trip ticket. we brought drinks on the bus. i don't know about coolers. i would definitely do it again.
i don't know how every visitor doesn't stay at the hotel there. you have restaurants, a casino, and bus service to the game.
