This should back traffic up for hours.....

The track is f'd up too. Several box cars slid off and are sitting between rails and the road.

I was at Monterey and Choctaw one of the cars was already leaking when the train passed me

Exact same location where a train hit a tank truck trying to cross the track about 18 years ago. Fortunately, the truck wasn't carrying anything flammable. The driver got fired, though!
