Can't say I've even had a Bayou Teche beer. Have had them in my hands and them put them down...what was your favorite? Or what would you recommend trying?

I think the Cocodrie is my favorite. It's a tripel ipa. The Biere Joi is a coffee ale and is also pretty good.

Both of those I think you'd be pleased with.

I'll agree with Ham on the Cocodrie. My favorite that they sell. They sell a bomber of stuff aged in wine barrels that is also good.

Last time I was there, Byron brought out a bomber of some whiskey-aged stuff. At that time, one of their employees had just done a small amount to test. Was very good. Sounds like they've decided to bring something similar to market now.
