Had the wings at hooked up last night.

They were cooked magnificently. When I complimented the bartender, she said they broiled them before frying. They were close to pluckers quality.

Unfortunately, they only had buffalo, Thai, and BBQ for flavor selections. I got the buffalo and they were mild. I kicked it up with some Krystal hot sauce, but they really need to work on their buffalo sauce selection.

The worst part was the ranch. It just sucked. I might bring my own blue cheese next time.

The atmosphere was awful. Screaming kids everywhere and a really cheesy nautical theme.

If anyone wants to open a wing place in Lafayette, I am willing to finance it. I'm 100% serious.

I went to Smitty's wings yesterday and was very impressed with the wings. I have to go back because they come breaded unless you ask for them naked, but the were cooked well and the sauces were on point.
