Think about the context of the speech Clinton was delivering. Do you believe he was expressing regret, or self-congratulations for his restraint? All I can do is guess, but it is strange that almost 13 years have gone by and this is the first mention of the speech. How many times has he addressed this issue since?
In 2001 Bill Clinton claims he could have gotten bin Laden, but in 2008 FactCheck.org said he couldn't. LINK One of them is wrong. I wonder which?
