sounded like he was progressing through the spreadsheet and wanted to put that in the N column.

Switching around the if statements allows the intent of his original if (to avoid the Div/0 error) to remain intact.

He'll still avoid it as along as there isn't a "Yes" in column M which there won't be anyway. If there is a "yes" then something has been ordered.

I would suggest making that yes/no cell a drop down menu to prevent any other entries that would invalidate the formula.
