I can help with the dialogue. I always pictured Jackson as having kind of a Stannis Baratheon vibe while Jean Laffite was more of a slimy, French Jamie Lannister.

Jean Lafitte was a leader. He also got his hands dirty.


I like to think of Hans Gruber without the villainous aspect. Suave, sophisticated, smart, cold.
