Based on the Beta pricing I have seen you won't even come close to paying $60 unless you plan on playing renting the game for a year.

You would rather have a buy option instead of just rent, which is cool. That may be a possibility at some point.

Some people may just want to rent a game for a month and play it once, and based on some of the beta pricing, it would be a lot better deal then buying the game and trading it in later.
