If I could suggest a neutral location I wouldn't. Absolutely no reason to ever play a non bowl college football game anywhere other than on the campus of one of the two participating schools.
I really dislike this trend.

Don't worry. At the pace we're giving away OOC home games, Tiger Stadium will soon be a neutral field.
Once that happens maybe we'll finally get a quality OOC opponent in Baton Rouge.
