If I am correct, doesn't about 35 million a year of state tax payer money go to that BILLIONAIRE owner of the New Orleans Saints just to keep them in New Orleans?

What is your point?

New Orleans is a tiny market. The Saints are a huge positive for the state. Sounds like a good deal to me

They are paying rent money for the property that was rotting under their watch. It is good for the city and the state that something was done with that building

No truer words have been spoken. Nobody cares that Benson and Brees continue to get richer on the backs of honest tax paying citizens. Also how many People from Louisiana do the saints actually employ?
