I believe statute of limitations is around 15-20 years.
Also, since male rape by a female is hardly discussed or prosecuted, not to mention his age, he may have not realized that it actually was rape.

The abuse started when he was 11 and went on until he was 13. Bitch is a pedo and needs to be shot.
