I had granite installed through Lowes. The installer took 2 slabs and over three weeks to get it right.
I mentioned the experience the next time I was in, casually, not really bitching. Associate told me to hang on a minute. She came back with a manager and they refunded me 20% right there on the spot. Over a grand.
Won me for life.

Awesome. My peeps use lasers and cad and all that. It's all automated so I can't imagine it will be fricked up. I will definitely bitch if anything is messed up though. I don't wish to go through a struggle but I wouldn't mind 20% off if you know what I mean
