re: Should Louisiana make all non-interstate bridges over the Mississippi tollways?

If those tolls were designated only to pay for improvements to those bridges and to finance highway projects in those areas, I would be fine with it. However, I would not like to see the Old Bridge be a toll bridge, but if that would get BR a working loop, I would accept it.
