I was disappointed in it. It was like the writer/director had an style he wanted to experiment with but the story wasnt there. The drama was not compelling.

That's what I was wondering. If it's just the single take of tom hardy driving and dealing with a tough business/family decision, I can respect it but I'm not sure I want to watch it.

Pretty spot on. Acted really well by Hardy, but I never was really drawn in by the drama of the story.
