I'm not gonna lie, my gf is really gorgeous.

We are working out again so we're trying to get in that kind of shape again.

I would say my gf is more gorgeous than that girl honestly.

Can't I just take the bottom off and take the entire old cord off and replace it?

That's what I either planned on doing, or having someone else do since it would take me a little longer. Time is a terrible thing to waste.

My stepdaughter was allowed to get a rabbit without my permission. I can't tell you how much shite I've had to splice over the past few years. Be a man and strip the wires with your teeth.

Sure as long as it can be taken apart. Some appliances are hard to get in without breaking them. Just make sure you use wire at least as big as what's already there.

Get juice to the place those wires were going and it'll work. You're a big boy you can figure it out.

And for helping I deserve nekkid pics of girlfriend.

People don't want herpes. A spliced food processor is something you can bring up at parties to lie about your skills at wiring.

I'm not at home, but I'm gonna take a picture of the blade.

It's got two huge gashes in it with burn marks all over it where the blade cut the hot cord.

I was kinda impressed after I made sure she wasn't electrocuted.

In that case you should just pick a new one up on the way home because that one is fricked.

Look online to see if you can order the cord and replace it yourself.

It's a Cuisinart food processor. Pretty sure it's not some high end piece people will judge you for

But by all means, feel free to waste money on doing setting different.

If the cord thats still remaining on the processor is pretty short as you say...and it can be opened and the wire is held in place by screws...just take that small piece of wire out...then take the plug wire that is remaining. Strip that and wire it up...the cord won't be spliced and will be original cord...albeit shorter than before...however if that remaining piece is as short as you say you shouldn't miss the inch or so of cord....just what I would attempt first.

Good Lord how do you people figure out which way to turn a switch to make the light come on.

For fun I took the bottom off of my mini-Cuisinart. Six screws, 120 seconds. To be fair, the cord is soldered onto the switch terminals. OP might re-consider his reluctance to tape the wire together... they do make white electrical tape, ya know.

Pull the rest of the cord inside of the unit and splice it internally. Cord will be a tad shorter than it was though.
