I'm not sure how much it would eliminate since it doesn't pinpoint the type or location(s). But it could knock down costs if it is a reliable way to determine if cancer exists. Doesn't exist = no expensive tests.

my wife just had a blood test (spectrum maybe?) that we paid an extra $100 for because insurance doesn't cover it that told her 2 1/2 months into her pregnancy whether the baby had Downs, etc etc all kinds of issues and the GENDER.
its amazing what they can do with bloodwork these days.
