I haven't done a spin class in a long time. Mainly cause they only have classes in the morning or evenings...and I'm usually at the gym between 2-4 pm.
But yeah....spinning is legit. My arse hurt after my first class. Bought some padded shorts just for spin class.

Yes I have clip ins...been having for like 4 years now...won't go back
