I got a sonicare early this year.

I don't use it anymore. Honestly, I don't feel like it cleans my teeth very well. I never had that "just brushed" feeling that I usually have. I went back to my old fashioned manual toothbrush.

I got one because it is my natural tendency to brush the frick out of my teeth. It was taking a major toll on my gums.

I've never heard someone say that. Its usually the other way around.

A lot of people continue to use the brushing motion when they get them, which is wrong. You are supposed to just slowly move them over your teeth, letting the thing do the brushing. Did the dentist notice a difference?
